Wow
By nr, 12/19/07
The overall experience that my family had with this hotel was excellent... Once you get there make sure you check in through the front...since yo will not find any parking up front. You have to park in the back and the only way you can access the doors are with the keys. The mall is located right behind the King of Prussia mall so if you get bored you can drive down there... Breakfast was amazing i think from 6-9:30 The suite has everything you need from cooking, to fridge to a microwave...so you can bring food and cook or you can have something in the oven. The internet connection is slow in the room did not like the pillows

Aaaamazing
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/17/07
Wow...this hotel had it all....first it is located right behind the king of prussia mall - we went there couple of times... The suite was Amazing ...they had everything that you would possibly need - if you want you can bring food and cook it there they have all pots and pans, cultery like everything you need. The worst part of this hotel was that it was kind of in the back, but there are small neighborhoods and houses all around the front. The pillows were horrible When you arrive make sure you park in front of the hotel and check in, because you cant get in the hotel through the back. Wi-fi *(wireless) internet was really slow in the room

Excellent value for money
By ELAINE, 11/29/07
We are two shopaholics from the UK who stayed in this hotel from Nov22 til Nov 29th 2007 The service was fantastic,we really felt at home and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast can get a little busy but you don't wait long for a table, in fact we took trays back to our room. We really felt at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you need a taxi get the hotel to ring Main Line (its the one they use) and ask for VALERIE - tell her Elaine and Lindsey recomended her, she's a star!

A Nice Surprise
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/12/07
Stayed for a trip to Philladelphia. The staff was very friendly. On Wed nights, the night we arrived, they had a free dinner in the breakfast area. Nothing fancy. Italian foods and baked chicken with salads and rolls etc buffet style on styrofoam plates and plastic utensils. But, the food was tasty and included in room price. Continental breakfast was same, tasty and fresh. The only complaint with breakfast is the eggs are some prefabbed thing shaped like a pancake. Not much flavor. And not enough tables for all the people wanting to eat. The pool was very clean and warm. We were able to drive about 5 miles to get a commuter train into Philly (highly recommend train if you are not into driving around unfamiliar cities with heavy traffic and limited parking.) King of Prussia Mall and many great restaurants were near by. Rooms were large, beds were clean and having the suite with kitchen was great. They do not clean every day as it is a business suite arrangement. You can get daily housekeeping for extra $$. The only downside for us was that the carpets were not vacuumed everyday. It looked okay but walking around in white socks told the story. There was a lot of dirt in them. So bring slippers. Everything else was very clean.

Good for the price
By Maddie, 8/2/06
We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Took us over a half an hour to find it. Tucked away in a corporate area. Pool was small but doable. Breakfast was very good. We were there on a Monday and Tuesday morning and on Monday, there were no tables to be had and they had no place for overflow. Tuesday we got there a little earlier since we were leaving the area and it was still crowded but we were fortunate to find a table. Beds were not very comfortable, felt like the mattresses were old, not just soft, but old. Room was decent size. When we returned from our day in Philadelphia, we tried to come into the back door and our key cards would not work. We had to walk around the building to get in, very hot day plus we were on our feet all day, went upstairs, our keys did not work for our room either. Had to go back down to the lobby and wait for someone to take care of us and get new keys activated. Halls were quiet at night, much appreciated for travelers. I probably would return but would hope to get king size bed arrangements. The doubles just aren't comfortable. Internet was intermittant but that was not an issue for us, but it could be for the business traveler.

By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/22/05
a little hard to find missed exit,19 miles till next exit to turn around with a van full of kids. the front desk lady named ginal was great she sugested a suite 1st floor non smoking, could not have imagend it would be so nice for the price.she gave us directions to a local park that had a live play (grease) the kids loved it.we had to leave to stay at the hilton down the road the next two nites and everyone wished we could have stayed here,it felt like the hilton was a downgrade. we are looking foward to coming back next year. robert schenectady new york

Would gladly return
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/8/05
Staff very helpful like Jenell at the desk. Housekeeping was helpful as well for extra towels. Breakfast room girl was cheery. Nice indoor pool closes at 10 p.m. Very nice non-smoking rooms. Half of this hotel is MainStay Suites. Sleep Inn rooms were above avg in size. Very new. Breakfast includes 2 make your own waffle machines in addition to a wide variety of continental breakfast foods and beverage. USA Today and Local paper. Convenient to Valley Forge and large mall with all the top name anchor stores. Took about 1/2 hour in rush hour to get to historic sights downtown. Clean hall ways, lobby, parking lot, elevators and laundry room. We traveled with 2 families and everyone was impressed. We stayed only one night a day before "Live 8"
