Holiday Inn Express and Suites Idaho Falls, Idaho Falls

We travel to Idaho Falls monthly to do our shopping at the chain stores. We ALWAYS stay over for a few nights and this is OUR VERY favorite place to stay. I have NO doubts that this is a VERY safe hotel for me to stay alone at with my 4 children. This past stay we stayed 3 nights and scheduled medical and dental visits... MY son had surgery and was NOT feeling well shortly after we arrived back at the hotel. I asked housekeeping for clean linens and she was HAPPY, helpful and FRIENDLY, not to mention able to come to the room within 2 minutes and give me a hand with changing the sheets and towels. SHE didn't seem upset, put off, etc. despite the fact that my 6 year old son threw. SHE even said to let her know if I needed anything else at all! The staff is all SO kind and they gladly will get milk out of the kitchen for my little ones at night for a glass of milk before bed. Even some milk with the cookies they bake nightly for the guests. YOU can rest assured, that your stay will be well worth it here! WE come back time and again! THANKS to all of the staff at the Holiday Inn Express from your regular guests from Challis, ID!!!! the hotel was okay. the room smelled like lake and smoke. it was a it worn. the beds were flat and hard. breakfest wasn't good, nobody there to refil the dishes. the front desk was rude.

I am a third party that reserved and paid for the reservations at the hotel. I have had to make several calls to this Hotel to make sure that the reservations were corrected. I got confirmations that had both parties names but received billing statements where only one partie occupied two rooms at the same time. I called and inquired the response I got was that they were sure that the same person stayed in the both rooms at the same time.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was great. The breakfast offered lots of choices. The staff was so friendly. We were called by the front desk to make sure we had everything we needed and when we got home there was a postcard waiting for us. I feel I really got my money's worth. I think it's a wonderful place to stay.

We booked our room without knowing where it was and found out we were right across the street from the Mall which is where we were going to be spending alot of our time, so we were thrilled. We also loved the little extras you provided, the clam chowder and cookies in the lobby, and the extras in the room like the fridge and iron and more variety of travel size toiletries in the bathroom than a lot of hotels provide. It was a very comfortable room. Thanks!
