Out dated
I’ve stayed at this Courtyard 4 times in the last two years and the last time I did they had a remodel going on. I hope this helps because it was very dated and needed an upgrade. The only reason I’ve stayed here was because of business and would never for vacation. It has nothing around it for miles if you are looking for a store or a restaurant.

The first hour was a nightmare. Hotel was remodeling rooms. The first room they gave us (made reservations in May), all the furniture was in the middle of the room, No phone, lamps or linens. The second room, toilet was missing the seat and there was no handle on the patio window. Third room and final room, remote did not work and the toilet paper holder was not installed correctly. The desk clerk (Howard) went out of his way to try to make things right. Still a major pain moving from room to room to room after traveling all day. When I spoke to the GM (and I had to track him down couple days later) he did not offer an apology for our ‘adventure”, he did tell me I should be happy that I had a room and since I already was receiving a good rate he felt he did not need to do anything for me. Wow! Later on I discovered that I never even got my Marriott reward point for the stay. Room was nice but the GM’s attitude stunk.
 
 
 
 
 
Overcharged

I checked in Thanksgivng morning after my car had broken down at Exit 8a. I was quoted a $90 rate and a $75 pet fee. I stayed one night, but becuase I checked in at 5am it was considered a 2 night stay. I was however, charged a 3 night stay plus a pet fee. My total bill was $485 for 2 nights!!! and have not see a refund since I called almost 2 weeks ago.
 
 
 
 
 
Never again!

Thought it was dated and worn not typical for Marriott. Walked in late at night with 3 kids and was charged more than friend who walked in with three kids and got a suite. Left three messages for GM who never returned call.
