BED BUGS!
By KaylaW, 10/13/08
I stayed at this hotel for one night. I woke up with about 25 bed bug bites all over my legs. The room smelled like cheap air freshener. I DO NOT recommend this hotel. GROSS!

WONDERFUL AND MAGNIFICENT
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/25/08
I LOVE HOW THE SERVICE N PIZZA WAS....THIS IS A GREAT HOTEL. I HAD A PARTY HERE N THEY TREATED US LIKE ROYALTY. I HOPE THIS HOTEL IS OPEN FOREVER N NEVER CHANGES. THE ONLY THING I DIDNT REALLY LIKE WAS THE LOCATION. IT WAS LIKE RIGHT THERE BUT THE WAY TO GET INTO THE PARKING LOT WAS FINE BECAUSE THEY DIDNT JUST HAVE RIGHT OF THE HIGHWAY IT WAS FAR BACK. THE I ALSO LOVED THE WORKERS, THEY WERE MARVELOUS....THEY R VERY, VERY WONDERFUL PEOPLE.

Extremely welcoming to pets and children!
By JohnC, 09/25/05
Best managed hotel!!! WARMLY and thoughtfully accomodated families with pets fleeing the path of Hurricane Rita. Bowls of doggie treats, signs clearly pointing the way to the dog trail, double feature family movies WITH popcorn, AND free bowling passes to the nearby bowling alley...What more can an evacuating family desire? An outdoor, dancing water fountain located just outside the lobby provided a fun distraction for those with small children and water loving labradors! The decor is absolutely gorgeous and the rooms spacious, so it's an appealing hotel for the discerning traveler as well. An added bonus is the Starbucks in the lobby.

Romantic Weekend!
By ACS64, 06/04/05
We loved our weekend stay! We had a beautiful room with an unbeatable view of the fountain and downtown Dallas in the background. Soft oversized robes and house shoes awaited on a rose petal covered bed along with champagne and chocolate covered cherries!

Romantic Experience
By Lisbeth, 05/20/05
It is located in the center of city. Great valet parking and numerous bellboys to help you with your luggage. Magnificient lobby with different seating areas. Shop store in the second floor, pool and spa. The rooms are elegantly decorated like century XIV with beautiful drapes and beautiful beddings. The beds and pillows are so soft that promise to give you the best night. Through the windows you can see the numerous restaurants around the city. At night you can enjoy a carriage ride around the city for a small fee.

Beautiful location
By , 05/10/05
I love this hotel. I have been there on business and went back for pleasure. The location is near Dallas, but far enough away to not be in all the traffic. It is located next to the train that goes to the West end and other attractions. The fountain out front is a fascination to the little ones and the staff is nice. It is a great hotel. Even when my friend and I stayed there we felt safe as two women alone. It is a neat place to stay.
