Quality Inn Jonestown, Jonestown

Front desk woman was very very nice. She had no problem telling us where local attractions were. Good resteraunts as well as hershey park all withi 15 minutes. I came to this hotel because it is only one mile from tha Ft Indiantown Gap. and with a military rate of only $49.99 you cant go wrong.

we stayed at this hotel in Aug. of 2010 and it was fine, room was clean, nothing special, but decent for the price. we checked in late at night and left in the morning. this past Aug. we were on the road again and decided to stay at this hotel once more. a totally different experience! the grubby woman at the front desk had me hand write my info on a sheet of paper and said she needed my social security number & drivers license to process my credit card... i refused to give her my social and started to leave. she then said she would try to run it without the info and of course it worked. in the one year since our original stay, the hotel was run down and not too clean. the desk clerk said they were having "problems" and breakfast would only be muffins and coffee... she also handed us our plastic key wrapped in notebook paper with our room number scrawled on it. if we it hadn't been 1:00 am we would have (and should have) left to find something else. the place was just creepy - unless it is now under new management, i would stay away.

it was an amazing stay, deff. reasonable price! female manager, was great...very friendly, helpful, and nice!!! only complaint is elder woman at front desk...EXTREMLY rude! room was very clean lighting was some what romantic everything we needed was there! my kids loved the stay ! there is an indoor and outdoor pool! wonderful breakfest in the morning...and once again great stay...all but one staff VERY VERY friendly....highly recmonded

I had a nice stay at this hotel. I was visiting my boyfriend who's at the base and this was in a good location. Our room was clean and not dirty at all. The lightning was good and even romantic. It's a reasonable price plus interesting locations are around the area such as Hershey or Harrisburg. I didn't know there was a pool indoors although i think i saw one outside unless that's new. I'm not really picky about places and this place didn't seem bad at all. Also, the staff is really nice. During the day this lady was helpful and nice and talked a bit with us. At night time two other ladies were very nice too.

They had our reservation ok. The duty staff was helpful. The room was clean. The Motel was clean. We didn't use any of the amenties. [they had a pool] It was a nice place to spend the night.

Great room for the price. Other hotels on the same exit you will pay $80+! Hotel even has high speed internet connection and cont. breakfast. Staff is very friendly.

We planned on staying at this hotel because it was so reasonably priced and we didn't mind the extra driving distance for our Hershey vacation. I am not usually overly picky but the hotel was so dirty we could not stay. We cancelled our reservation at check in and went across the street to the Best Western (which also had a pool). The carpets were so dirty I would have been afraid to take off my shoes... the pool was hardly bigger than my bathtub... I think there was more water on the deck around it than in it. Because we were unable to stay I can't comment on the service. If you do stay I would bring your own towels and linens (and slippers!), and if you are bigger than average height, don't plan on being able to lie prone in the pool! This hotel is not worth the money you may save!!!

I liked the place because its convienent, right off the interstate. It was clean, staff was courteous and helpful. The thing I didnt like is the pool is small but it was still lots of fun for the kids. Great deal compared to the prices in Hershey.
