The Cave

I do not like dark Hotel rooms, but I understand its cheaper to build without a light in a ceiling. The room was about $100, but I like either the quality of a $160 room or the great price ANd good lighting of a $60 Days Inn room. The Continental Breakfast was good and so was the service overall of this Hotel, they just need to put in ceiling lights not just inadaquate lamps.

Great Stay

The staff at The Holiday Inn was particularly wonderful for me and my co workers. We were part of a detachment send from San Antonio to help out with a military exercise being conducted at Camp Bowie. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nightts and were taken very good care of. The staff was very nice and helped us out when we needed it. Since the Basketball champoinship was going on and we were AVID SPURS fans, the staff allowed us to utilize their common area to watch the games, even though we were not staying there every night the games were shown. The amount of help and comfort the staff here gave was excellent, and the hotel itself is beautiful. I would encourage anyone coming to Brownwood TX to stay here. Thanks to Laci and Debbie, and the rest of the staff. We really appreciate it!!
