Could have been better

The most memorable thing is when the maid walked in the room, startling both of us, in sprite of the do not disturb sign on the outside of the door handle. The door did not have one of those swinging arm things that prevents the door from being opened from the outside. The front desk was very unconcerned when we mentioned the incident.
Upstairs hallways VERY narrow for a newer motel. Strench from smoking rooms as we walked past was bad. Our room however, was clean and smelled just fine. I was however, a loong walk down the narrow smelling hallway.
Free interent service was broken. The computer in the lobby for internet access was also not able to log on.
The local watering hole literally just outside our window was having motorcycle night. While outside the noise level was high from the music and bikes, but inside the room most of the noise was well muffled.
Free breakfast was modest but good.
