Not enough employees, when I checked in the number written on the key was wrong, called and was made to feel it was my fault (I pre-paid so they had me booked into two different rooms). When I used the bristro in the mornings before workshop if they needed to change the cash drawer they simply said they were closed (whatever happened to switching cash draws) to bad if you needed coffee or whatever. Had a hockey team there (young kids running around all night long) you could hear every conversation door close etc. When I did take advantage of the free shuttle service to the mall I called three times and waited an hour before being pick-up. Unfortunately the bar tender bistro worker is also the shuttle driver. I appreciate cross training when it benefits the experience but this was crazy. Computers were down repeatately... staff seemed confused not sure how to fix. Overall the worst place for any kind of business function. I realize only open 6 months but the staff overall lacked customer services skills (well no customer service skills).
