My room did not have balcony, but comfortable especially the bed. They offer free Internet in the lobby. They also have a restaurant that I had breakfast at, (you pay and buffet). In the lobby they offer different coffees, free. Staff was helpful to guide me toward Aztec Ruins, and Four Corner Monument (driving time and route).
