W New York - Times Square, New York

The atmosphere was great, romantic, trendy and comfortable-a sight to be seen! I took several pictures around the bar area; which is decorated to the tee. Ladies and Gents, bring some spending money because they have a marvelous boutique within the hotel where you are guaranteed to find something "hot". The lounge allowed me the room to hang out, take more pictures, and just chill with my girlfriends when I didn't feel like being in my room. At night, I partied right down stairs in their nightclub. The french fries from the blue fin restaurant located at the W was off the hook! I enjoyed the employees politeness; which wasn't too overbearing but just right. The smokers room that I requested smelled of heavy(old) cigar smoke. However, It was corrected immediately when I contacted the front desk. I will do it again very soon. I enjoy getting treated and treating myself nicely. The prices were reasonable, and I felt like a tourist in my own back yard; which was fun!

I absolutely loved this hotel, it was beautiful & so convenient to everything. The staff was excellent!

If you need to be in the city center, and are looking for luxury at a slightly more affordable (but still pricey) cost, W is a good choice.

The W is absolutley the best place to stay for luxourisness and great food. The breakfast is absolutley fantastic. They have many varieties and excellent service. Most of the servers their look like Hollywood stars. At night The W is the best place to be hip and relaxed. The bar their is amazing and thier are many drinks to try. The W should be rated #1 Hotel in Times Square!!!!!!

This hotel, located in the heart of New York's Times Square exudes chic and style. Service is remarkable, and the bars are out of this world. I give this hotel, 2 thumbs way up.

Loved it all. The room decor is extremely gorgeous. The service is first rate. And, Oh my God, are the beds comfortable. The employees were all very Hospitable and courteous.

absolutely nothing,i loved everything about New York.I am so happy when I am in New York,because we have no problem catching a cab.There is not a time that we don't have to either catch a train or bus to where ever we are going.

If you want to feel unwelcome in a foreign city, this is the hotel where you should stay. First, there is the check-in from hell. I was at first refused stay in this hotel because my room was paid for by Starwood points!!!! (That already defeats the purpose of collecting points for free stays by choosing Starwood hotels over other chains.) Check-in staff and in particular, one Nick Ivezaj, seem to have had their training in a military camp. Never have I encountered such unfriendly, arrogant and impolite staff. Secondly, the standard of cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The hotel also runs out of toiletries, I believe, in a bid to make you purchase the full size products they have on sale in the bedroom. Thirdly, it is a badly-lit hotel where you can hardly see anything, especially in the common areas. If you want to experience the feeling of staying in a bat cave, that's the place to go! Lastly, but most importantly, I was charged incorrectly for meetings/conventions expenses, when I was there on holiday for the Easter break and certainly not on business. So beware of extra charges on your dedit/credit card statements when you get back home. It seems they will do anything to get extra money from you. So avoid this hotel by all means when staying in New York. There are hundreds of other hotels which are much better.

Convenience and trendy and clean and good furnishings and close to everything. Cool staff - discreet (that's important) That is all - simply put. No views.
