Terrible Hotel

The 2 rooms we reserved were very dirty when we arrived. It looked like they hadn't vacuumed in awhile and I had to dust the room myself. We stayed for 3 days and our room was never cleaned by housekeeping. We also requested a wake up call and never received it. The staff kept telling us they would take care of the problems but never did. This hotel has the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

This place was exactly what I paid for. It was one of the least expensive motels in the area but the basic amenities are here. I slept well in good climate control and the day and night staff were very courteous and helpful. There's not much in the area to walk to, but again, the 24hr. basics were easy at hand.

Don't stay here

Looks are deceiving when booking at this motel. I had booked 2 rooms here about a month before our vacation. When we arrived one room was on the 1st floor the other on the 2nd floor at total opposite ends of the motel. I requested non-smoking and the room smelled of smoke. The cleint n' tell left allot to be desired very shady characters. Also the rooms were dark and dingy. I would suggest you go a couple of miles down to the Holiday Inn Express, for $15.00 more you get a great hotel and more importantly peace of mind.
