Red Roof Inns, Dover

Wow the front desk clerk welcome was just like hospitality should be. This clerk Jade answered all my questions at check in . She opened the door for us as my mother was wheelchair bound. Any requests were honored at to the best of accomadation. Its really nice to feel that this facilty was handicap accesable and look forward to our arrival every time. Cant wait to go back!

the only thing i dint like was the check out time but its ok they was nice enough to let me check out at 11:30 when i was to check out at 11:00. i think red roof will be a much better place if check out time was 12:00

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We had two rooms on a Saturday night. On top of not being very clean (the bathrooms in particular were very grimy), one of the rooms had no toilet paper, only one bath towel, and the toilet did not work. The other room had a lamp without a lightbulb and the light above the sink and mirror did not work. None of these problems was properly remedied. The worst part, however, was the atmosphere and noise. We got almost no sleep at all because of the yelling and music that we heard from another part of the hotel, and the people making the noise were scary. This seems like more of a local hangout for seedy characters than a hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE, especially if you are traveling with a family!
