Excellent customer service, clean room, fabulious complimentary breakfast bar

We checked into this hotel for the weekend and had our small dog with us. The staff at the front desk was very accommidating when I told them I had my small dog with me. They made sure we were near a stairway so we could walk our dog. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom shower had a large shower head with a lot of pressure. The thirsty bathroom towels were a nice change to the old green/white thin ones. We enjoyed the extensive complimentary breakfast bar which had the best cinnamon rolls that I have ever eaten. There was a nice indoor pool and hottub. We would definaltly return to this hotel when we have to visit Rochester, NY again. One complaint: They did not inform us of the $25.00 pet charge at reservation or check in. We were surprised at check out with the high price of having our pet with us.
