The only thing i would suggest to you guys is making sure you book it online at SweetHotelDeals. N e t I did a bunch of searching for hotel prices, and that site seems to have the lowest prices all around

Pat and Kay have created one of the friendliest motels I have ever stayed in. They are delightful people and a stay there is a bit like being with family.

I like this hotel a lot because the people here make you feel like family rooms are very clean anything you need they will accomidate you in any way how. This is my 4th time here and i won't go anywhere else!. Since the face lift of the hotel with it's new color, it's even better than ever and yes I will come back but only here the Sandia Peak Inn. So come and stay when in Abuquerque N.M.. I won't stay anywhere else......

Sandia Peak Inn offers a good value
By ,
My wife and I came to Albequerque to see the annual Balloon Fiesta. We didn't have any reservations, and several motels we checked were full, others were charging nearly double the going rate! Yikes! The folks at Sandia Peak Inn offered us a choice of a couple of rooms and actually offered us a discount. We were skeptical at first, thinking something must be wrong with the rooms, but they were both great. Clean rooms, good service, and close to the Balloon Fiesta shuttles. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others

Safe, convenient location..Kay is wonderful
By ,
My son & I traveled across the US in June. At first we pulled into Quality Inn near 40 but decided it didn't seem safe. So we kept on driving through the City and came upon Sandia Peak Inn. Kay made sure we had the most comfortable room, clean and just across the street was a nice Mexican Restaurant. There was no traffic noise, the room, carpet and bathroom were spotless and we had a very nice breakfast. Kay is very personable and truly enjoys interacting with her visitors. So glad we found you. Can't understand the folks who were dissatisfied...huh? Well, can't please everyone. There always has to be something to complain about for some. Thanks Kay..will find you next time we're through. God bless you.

Buyer Beware!
By ,
The room was clean, but the bed was too hard and the traffic noise from the street out front made it impossible to sleep. To make matter's worse, we were overcharged for the room. When I made reservations, I was quoted $60 and a possible pet deposit, refundable at the end of the stay. But when we arrived, the woman at the front desk said she had a great room for us, normally $80 for only $70. When we told her we had a dog, she didn't add an additional charge. I was taken aback by the big sales pitch but assumed all the $60 rooms were taken and was dead tired. When we checked out, I asked if all the $60 rooms had been occupied when we arrived and she said that all the rooms were $60 and the extra charge was for the dog and is not refundable! I felt scammed. Plus they have a AAA sign posted and did not offer a discount when I showed my AAA card.

Absolutely FABULOUS!
By ,
We started our stay in a terrible motel, and were so delighted when we found a room available at Sandia Peak Inn. The staff really went above and way beyond to make us comfortable. The rooms were ideal and it made our trip so much better than it had started. The owners were completely super-heroes in how they attended us. They were even worried about our toddler and the pool, and took extra special care to make sure things were secure. It was wonderful! We are anxious to visit there again!

Simple yet elequent charm
By ,
Kay and Pat really made guests feel like Sandia is a second home! Kind and knowledgeable, the first place we would recommend to our friends and family. Super clean and close to everything, anything you need is readily available. The outside artwork alone is worth a visit! And how many times can you say "I went swimming in an indoor pool"!! If you have champagne taste and are on a beer budget, this is the place for you. You won't be disappointed! THANK YOU SANDIA
