Extended Stay America Lubbock-Southwest, Lubbock

Dirty everything. Staff less than helpful although they seemed nice but really didn't respond to our needs. Several things in our room did not work & although they tried to fix them, they still didn't work. Unattended kids running up & down the hall. One kid tried to get on the elevator with us & when we told the front desk, they just laughed. A group staying across the hall from us tore off the no smoking sign & smoked in & out of the room. Front desk told us they had to move the people next door to them because they were smoking rather than say anything to the people smoking. That group, opened their window & pushed out the screen. They were hanging out their window, which was right above the entrance & were making rude comments to us & any other girls. The whole situation was horrible & although I never do reviews like this, I felt so strongly about how bad this place is that I had to say something. For the same price, we got a MUCH nicer hotel right across the street. I will never stay here again or probably in any other place they are affiliated with.
