Extended Stay America-Great Falls-Missouri River, Great Falls

I arrived at the hotel and checked in my room. Typically in hotels you have condiments in your room, at least to get you started, but this had nothing. I wanted to shower as soon as I arrived but I couldn't until I went to get shampoo. There was hair on my bed under the spread as well as a few other issues. LAter I inquired about a new room for various different reasons and upon looking for a new room the employee got really upset becuase apperently rooms that were marked clean were not clean. I really started to wonder if my room had been cleaned. I ended up staying in my original room. I also took a trip down to the front desk late at night with a question, and I did not see an employee anywhere. Do they not have attendants on weekends or what? This is not my first time staying at an Extended Stay I travel alot for my work, but I do not know if I want to stay at this one again.

I got this hotel on Priceline and usually we get pretty nice hotels doing that, but this time was not a pleasant experience. The lock on our door did not work. The bed was too hard, even for my husband who likes hard beds. There was food on the remote control, so much of it that I actually wrapped the remote in a plastic bag so I wouldn't have to touch it. When I got in the bed I noticed yellow stains on the pillow cases and I tried switching with my husband but his pillow had the stains too. I pulled back the blankets and there was dried toothpaste on the middle blanket and then a hair on the blanket also. We checked into the hotel at 11 p.m. and left an hour later to stay somewhere else.

This place was great! Everything was awesome!!! I want to go back right away! The only problem was the slowish service. This is the best hotel I've been to!

Exstended Stay America is located right on the Missouri River which the grounds look like a river park;really pretty. The rooms are clean and spacious and we had a stove and refrigerator along with microwave and coffee maker. The staff are extremely friendly and the manager, Becky Edwards was so thoughtful and helped make our stay much more pleasant. I was so impressed with the accomodations that this is the only hotel we will stay in when we visit the beautiful city of Great Falls. We spent 5 nights at ESA and recommend it highly!

Extended Stay America was one of the most comfortable and pleasant hotels i have ever stayed at. General Manager Becky Edwards and her staff were polite courtesy and very professional. Hotel was always extremly clean and a very nice atmosphere. I would recommened to anyone to spend the night at Extened Stay America Great Falls.
