Seven Days Inn, Niagara Falls

tammydurand4 North Bay, ONAug 27,2008 Excellent value! By far the lowest rate on the weekend of a familly wedding I recently attended. The rooms were SPOTLESS and they were very accomidating of me and my dog. Linda (owner / manager) worked the front desk day and night during my 2 night stay and yet was always cheerfull, and helpful (even when I locked myself out in the late evening). I had a few special requests to which Linda was more than receptive. The staff and management at this establishment go above and beyond the call of duty. The service here was far superior to the 4star (Hilton) that many other guests of the wedding stayed at. The grounds were very well kept, flowers everywhere and the pool, like the rooms was immaculate. At aproximately 3 blocks to Clifton Hill, this is my new resting place when in Niagara Falls.

This hotel is a small but very cozy and personable one. Customer service is great. The staff was wonderful! Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. I stayed at this hotel because my sister recently moved to the area. I want to tell everyone that this is a great hotel…

i'll never forget the econo lodge in niagara falls, that's for sure. we checked in fine, got to our room, and were horrified at what we saw. the bathroom was dirty, with towels thrown on the floor, spiders infesting the bathtub, and hair everywhere. our window in our room was shattered, and, to top it all off, as we stood in the room looking around at what we had just gotten ourselves into, part of the ceiling over one of the beds collapsed. we went to management and they moved us from our disgusting room to two adjoined rooms, and the rest of our stay was fine. the continental breakfast they offered was memorable... a plate of doughnuts in the check-in office, covered in flies. i wouldn't suggest staying here unless you're real tight-up for cash and can't afford to spend the few extra dollars to check yourself in to a better hotel.

My husband and I went to Niagara for a romantic night getaway and chose the Econo Lodge West of the Falls for the price and availability. The price was right for a room with a jacuzzi. When we arrived we were given a room with no jacuzzi and first but then luckily they had a jacuzzi room left. Our credit card was charged(for a non jacuzzi suite I guess) at time of check in so when we were switch to the jacuzzi room, naturally it was more money. Guess what, the jacuzzi did not work and in the morning the bathroom tap would not shut off. I did ask to be reimbursed a little since we did not even get to use the jacuzzi but we were told no. And that was that. Good luck!
