Concorde El Salam Sharm El Sheikh, Al Arish

this was a lovely hotel and i liked it a lot. the bar staff and waiters are very friendly, although that mite b because im blonde! in the day we sat around the main pool and hesham was very friedly bringing us drinks!the hotel looks amazing, and the cleanliness is very good, and we were even left towels in shapes of swans and hearts, with rose petals.it was very hot there, and i fainted on the second day, but you learn when the very hot stages of the day are!!the only thing i didn't like about this holiday was there wasn't very good entertainment at night. I went with my mum last year, and we sat in the piano bar at night, which was relaxing but were used to lively entertainment at night. we went to another hotel one night and there was a lot more entiertainment. despite this the family are going back again this year!if your looking to just relax this is the place!

Me and my Wife visited this Hotel last August 2006 first time in Egypt, the hotel was fantastic the staff couldnt do enough for you, the food was great, such a relaxing holiday we met loads of new friends still keep in touch with the staff, we liked it so much that we have just booked again to go in August 2007, carnt wait, Fantastic hotel

basam and tariq and the rest of the crew were excellent.although the entertainment was good . could do with a little more night time entertainment.every thing else was fantastic,deffinatly do it again,made some good friends

I went here Feb 07 and it was one of the best holidays i've been on! The hotel was massive - with two resorts you could go to. I stayed in the sports hotel. My room was very comfortable and the service was brillient! I loved the location and the food was great! 5-stars all round!

Fantastic place u get the oppurtunity to go take it. you will not regret it i ave been there 15 times in a year and this year i am going to live !!!!!

this hotel was fantastic, is not in a great location, about 15-20 mins away from naama bay but the amenities in the hotel make up for it. there is so much to do and it has its own beach too where snorkelling is fantastic. definately go back again

I like so much the view from any place in the hotel, the confort in rooms, the service provided by personnel. Rooms are so comfortable and the view is excellent from windows specially in rooms giving on the sea

**Firstly the airport**...When arriving at Sharm El Sheikh it was all straight forward, however there were lots of men trying to con you out of money, not giving you much choice as they barge you out of the way and try and take your luggage to the coach. Once they realise you wont be paying up, the simply leave your trolley roll back down the hill! It happened to my dad hahaha! The coach journey to the hotel was only 5 minutes which was a bonus because we were just really excited to get to the hotel! **Hotel** ... We stayed in the sports hotel which was the BETTER SIDE! It was so clean, everywhere you looked you could see people constantly cleaning. All cleaners were friendly and always had a smile on their face. Security around the hotel was of a high standard. There is a shuttle bus which takes 2 minutes which takes you to the other hotel which is better for nightly entertainment. We spent most of our days being looked after around the sports pool bar, with constant drinks flowin, good music and good company.....especially MAHMOUD ;) !! also the little sweet one Razek.....they were so lovely and made sure you were entertained all day! All of the bar staff and restaurant staff were so friendly and went out of the way to do anything they could for you, we went as a party of 14 and one of our party had a birthday, in which they supplied a cake and all waiters sang to her hahah! One of the days we went to the main hotel for the day, which was alright not as good as sports as it was overcrowded! However the pool bar staff were really friendly. **Nights** As we have said the main was better for night entertainment. HERSHAM at the pool bar was fab he was really hard working and constantly kept a smile on our faces. **Animation Team** Overall they weren�t the best animation team in the world because they specialised in dancing and it wasn�t necessarily entertaining. Robbie was the only animator to have the fun factor. He was based in the sports hotel. It was a bit repetitive with the same belly dancer every night, however saying that the two Djs were AMAZING (and weren�t bad looking either) the others still deserve credit. **Normandy II** This was a club which ran from 11pm � 3am with the same Dj every night. He is really good at mixing music, he is really friendly and chatty. However, being in the club after 11pm you had to pay for drinks which were really pricey, �3.00 English money per beer! **Beach Party* * there was a beach party twice a week, it was alright but the sand really hurt your feet and the music wasn�t as good as in Normandy II. **All inclusive food** The food was a bit basic and got a bit boring but the pizza station and some of the bbq meat were yummy. Wednesday nights were Egyptian nights and the food was even worse. However the burgers at the pool bar were delicious and they are served from 1pm-3pm. **Italian Restaurant** The food in there was absolutely delicious and there was an all inclusive night every Sunday, however lunch is all inclusive every day. **Italian Man** There was a little man who sings every night at the Italian restaurant. He was so sweet and friendly and his voice was actually quite good! Staff made our holiday really amazing ............ Thanks to Mahmoud, Razek, The Djs , Hersham and the little Italian Man!!!! We cant wait to go back next year in June!!!!!

on arriving at sharm airport we soon discovered that 2 minites to an egyption is 20 minites to us our cases come out and the first choice reps were on hand right away and directed us to our coach after getting mobbed outside the airport which was a bit scary we got to the coach where there was a man putting the cases on asking for �3.00 a case to load if you refused you put your own on. we stayed at the concorde sport by far the better side its only about 15 minites away from the airport but beleive me you do not hear the planes. The reception staff were very helpfull.the service in the resturant was great they couldnt do enough for you " be warned though they do expect to be tiped and my advise is tip you wont have to do a thing all holiday" well worth a couple of quid. the bar staff at the pool bar (mido) were great come down in the morning towles on the beds and a cup of tea waiting "what can i say" a very clean and tidy resort. The beach is not brilliant but the snorkling "wow" it took my breath away, i have 3 children and they said this was the best holiday they have had. another warning children cannot wear t.shirts in the pool they have to be scuba tops i had a word with the hotel manager as they dont sell them in the hotel only at namma bay and can range from �13 to �35 buy one before you go its cheaper, my children are very fair and had factor 90 suncream on it is very hot this time of year, we went to the pyramids a must, long day but well worth it. Take with you dollors, english and egyption pounds all they ask for is english pounds, haggle for everything dont be shy and dont back down they will sell, be warned in namma bay they do grab your children to get you in to the shop which scared the life out of mine and then they would not go back to namma bay, if you have blonde blue eyed girls like i do be prepared to be stared at and touched.... by far our best holiday and we would go back none of what i have put was enough to spoil my holiday you have to expect these things when you go to countrys like egypt

nothing every thing is soooooooooooooooooooooo good. And the people are sooooooo kind and soooo good.I love it i go there every year thats how good it is the rooms are soooooooooo good the pools are sooooooooo good and also the service.
