We left on the 20th August on the monday morning, we got though check-in etc quickly and our flight wasnt delayed. We got to Egypt airport and the staff were very polite and helpful. From the airport it took us around 20mins to get to the concorde hotel. We got to the hotel and the hotel staff were very helpful, they would take our cases into the reception and then to our rooms , they wouldnt let us do that bit!. Our room was clean enough and had a lovely view of the sea. We got there around tea time so we went and got some dinner after having a shower etc. There is a lot of food to choose from so we had a nice dinner and the puddings were lovely. The next day we were just looking around the complex, the pool was great fun for the children we took with us (16) and they made friends with plenty of new people. So it was good for families, we spoke to other adults and their children had also met people, but sometimes they have to make the first move if your on your own. The temperatures were as high as 57 degrees, got a good tan but dont forget to top up the suntan lotion as my daughter got burnt from not applying it a lot. When it came to leaving we had tears from the children as they didnt want to go and didnt stop crying till we got home and went to bed. So try not to get to attached to the place. Overall an amazing holiday and would defently go back in a few years.

the staff are so helpful raf in the pool bar is ace he will go out of is way to help you the only down side i had was comming home.

Just got back from staying at the concorde sport we had a lovely time weather was too hot so wouldnt go back this time of year got up to 57degrees food was ok staff was really friendly and helpful the only thing we didnt like is all inclusive stopped at 11pm not so good when you have got teenage kids that want to stay up also entertainment not really good but animation team was really good would go back to this hotel

We stayed in the concorde sport hotel for 2 weeks. Our room was clean and tidy and looked after very well. we had a room looking out to the pool. I loved not having to rush to get up to get a sun bed in the morning as no matter what time you went the staff would always find you a bed or two. I enjoyed being able to go over to the beach and liked the free buses. Many people said they would have been dissapointed to be in the sport hotel which was not on the beach but i prefered to be there with more space and staff attention, i just want to go back !!!

I loved the lay out of the hotel and all the amenities and the excellent cleanliness. The evening entertainment was also good. The things I didn't like so much included the sand on the beach - more like grit so painful underfoot, the all inclusive buffet was in a big hall and very busy so not romantic or relaxing. Recommend for anyone to go on a trip quad biking in the desert, what great fun!

i like evrey thing there starting from the staff to all facilities and activities up thier it was wounderfulllllll,the rooms are clean and good designed, the service is five star level,the crew is care about the customer ,you can feel the high quality in evrey thing in the hotel

If your reading this then you are thinking about staying in the Concorde El Salam. All I can say is "GO FOR IT!" I have never seen anything like it and all of the staff, from the receptionist to the cleaners, bar staff and towel boys were fantastic!! The locals are the friendliest people I have ever met and made you feel so relaxed. They could not do enough for you. The food was great and there is always something to eat whenever you want it. The weather was in its 100's during the day, and never fell below 85 at night! Theres plenty of trips to go on, like snorkling and diving, quad biking in the desert and horse riding along the beach. All great value for money. My partner and I went 28th May to 3rd June 07 and I cant wait to go back again. I think the only thing that might put some people off, is that because it is so close to the airport, you can hear the planes taking off and landing every so many hours. Not a problem if you are a heavy sleeper, but this did get annoying once or twice. And the beach is without a doubt a man made one. Make sure you wear sandals or those stones may get you. Other than that, perfect!! oh, and if you do go on a trip, dont go looking for it or purchase with the reps, let the locals come and find you around the pool and talk you into it! The hotel is fantastic. The staff are always willing to help - nothing is too much for them. Infinity pool is gorgeous and the pool bar staff are fab and quite funny!! Onlty downside is the Russians - some are fine, but the majority have no appreciation for anything.

Very nice hotel with excellent facilities however I would have to say that the Egyptians have yet to realize that if you are standing at the bar that you expect to be served a drink! Strangely though, the very slim attractive eastern European girls didnt seem to have that problem..... How strange!
