Friendly staff, clean comfortable beds, and great location to downtown Madison. Would recommend to families as they do have an indoor pool.

they lost a customer

check in is at 3pm. was traveling wanted to check in at 11:00. fine they said, you will have to pay for an extra day for early check in. $ 50 more. I wonder if you leave early do you get a refund? The hotel wasnt full, and it was on a Wednesday in Madison Indiana. They just lost a customer.

this place was very nice and neat. Friendly staff. many new udgrade in look. I stay here every week and not disapppointed. I highly recommend this hotel.

Rip off artists!

Wow..."free privileges night"....spent ONE NIGHT at this hotel. Didn't think it was too bad during the stay...got home and had been charged $ to credit card provided at registration to "hold room". Called Choice Hotels who then contacted hotel directly...stated we had "burned" the comforter...but WE DON'T EVEN SMOKE LET ALONE USE A CURLING IRON!!!! No credit back or anything...

Great New Hotel

I came into madison one night and Comfort Inn was the first place I found. When i walked in I was greeted by the friendly staff and a very newly renovated hotel. When i got to my room everything was brand new. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stay here many times

This motel is conveniently located. The staff is always very helpful and the service is excellent. They also provide a great continental breakfast with things like freshly made waffles, eggs, fruit, donuts, juices and coffee.

Not a good place to stay

We had a birthday party there. When we checked into the room, there were bugs. They moved us to another room and there were bugs there too. We had to come home. We have been unable to completely resolve this matter. Letters from the BBB did not result in any response.
