Residence Inn Indianapolis Carmel, Carmel

1st night after traveling 12+ hours and driving to the hotel in a major rainstorm we got checked in and called down to ask for extra bedding, the night clerk was very rude to my daughter on the phone and said she "would see what she could do" to get us more bedding and no one brought us bedding or even called to explain why. When I complained in the morning and asked for a manager I was told the manager had not come in yet, when I checked back later I was told the manager had been told but still had not come in yet. I never heard from the manager, I guess giving me Marriott points was supposed to make it all go away. The shower in the bathroom was horrible, it leaked all over and the faucet was not even securely attached to the wall so it pulled out every time we tried to use it. There was hair in the tub when we checked in, dirty silverware in the drawer and a dirty plate in the cabinet. Not impressed with this place at all, especially for the price we paid! I don't expect a lot, but I do expect a clean room and I expect to get what I ask for (bedding) when I ask for it and I do expect to talk to a manager when I ask to (not once, but twice).
