BAD!!! The Customer Really Is Wrong!!!!
Not even a hello when we checked in, and to top it off, after making reservations for a 2 person whirlpool bath in our room, we find that our room was given to another party, but they apoligized for the mix up and gave us a handicap room. To our surprise no whirlpool, when I complained the girl at the counter said that I could have a refund; (leaving us driving all over trying to find a room, I don't think so!) when asked to talk to the manager I waited at least ten minutes then was told that I didn't reserve anything but a king size bed, I guess that when my confirmation sheet says corner room, close to ice machine/vending, whirlpool bath, corner room it just meant that's what they offer at there hotel, at least that's what the manager said (please, I am not an idiot) and when I got angry and through my pen on the counter and refuse to leave I get the police called on me. When you reserve a room, do not pay attention to anything that you are reserving, because they don't care. They are right and you are wrong, no exceptions, no sorry's, no accountability for their mistakes, I would have been happy to stay if they just would have apoligized and gave me a discount, but that was out of the question; they did nothing wrong (except give our room away and say I'm sorry for the mix up). Sorry until I complained, and then it was just that I was an idiot to believe that I booked anything except a king size bed. I just wonder why all of those individual boxes that tell you sofa-bed, coffe maker, internet, and the other boxes say other things, like iron and ironing board, or refrigerator/microwave, high speed internet; it just doesn't make sense to me, maybe I was RIGHT, and they were wrong, but here the Customer Really Is Wrong!!!
