Nice hotel.

I travel alot. Always a bit nervous about first stay in any hotel. Never what you expect and often bad reviews...like some on this one. Price was OK, room spotless, staff friendly and jumped when I asked for something. A long way from the local attractions and eats, but for a night or two or a business trip this hotel is good. Gated parking and back is closed after dark. Worth a try if you get in the Lake Charles area.

Needs Better Housekeeping

When we walked into the lobby, I thought, WOW, beautiful!! Got to our room, it left ALOT to be desired. Was very dingy and dirty and had a awful odor. Toilet would not flush properly.

A little too much

There wasn't any noise discipline in the place. So if you want a good night sleep, check first to see if there are any children's baseball tourneys in town! The kids also soaped out the spa and pool.
