the rooms are really clean, staff is great. Best hotel I've stayed at. I loved the japanese breakfast and the waffles were great. I had to leave earlier than I expected but i liked my stay. thank you for the great service

I've stayed at the Wingate about a dozen times since its recent opening. The service here is absolutely excellent. The rooms are new, clean, and business oriented. The free broadband inet access is excellent and is enhanced by the fact that each room has office furniture for computer work. There is also a small frig, microwave and coffee machine in each room. If I were more leisure minded, I would take advantage of the new spa and exercise room, or even that massive 50+ inch flat panel TV they have in the lounge. (but alas, I am decidedly chubby and introverted.) The owner himself has always sought my every satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is clearly the goal here. This is without doubt the best quality/value in the Arlington Heights area due to its recent construction and the owners whole-hearted effort at securing your return business. rates for business and weekend rates are wholly competitive with similar nearby hotels (such as the nearby Marriot Courtyard, Sheraton Suites and even the Holiday Inn) two enthusiastic thumbs up.
