Browns At Broadbeach, City of Gold Coast

We found the customer service and room condition great value for money! We paid only $90 for a room and we were expecting something pretty poor. But since the rooms have been recently renovated we were surprised to find that the rooms were brand new! We accidently left our keys in the room and staff on site were happy to open up for us at 2:00am in the morning! We could walk to the casino and Dracula's so that made our evening even better! Awesome spot if you're looking for something affordable and clean.

VERY VERY BASIC No room service at all, Bed Not Made. No replacement towels, No shampoo and conditioner or soap replaced. No Coffee or tea replaced. When I complained on booking out. Receptionist owner said why did I not complain earlier (NO PHONES IN THE BLOODY ROOM. I told her that we came back to the room at 9.30pm office was closed. Her response was it was only one night. I told her that is the point. Then she claims new cleaners. I paid $125 per night for this rubbish. In Bali you pay half the price and your rooms are services every day. I would not recommend this dump to anyone

The rooms are Crapy, old and cheap. Let alone the staff who speak really loud at each other at 7 in the morning! No door on the spa and shower room. Really bad TV reception. Overall this is the worst place iv ever stayed and I have travelled to third world countries!!! I would not suggest this to any one especially because it's not even that cheap! However it was in a good location but that is it.... WORST PLACE EVER!!!!

The fact that we were slugged a $160 fee upon leaving for being 'noisy' when in actual fact, we only spent a few short hours in the motel. The rooms are that close together that you can hear everything your neighbour says. The room had no smoke alarm, was unsafe on a step, which I tripped and fell. It felt like we were staying in a 'renovated' laundry room..
