Front Desk people do not know Madison.

I booked a standard room and received a Handicapped room. No place to hang my cloths. Front desk wouldn't change my room. I asked for directions to places and they never knew where any of them were. They didn't even know where to send me for visitor information! I was given 25% discount coupon for next stay and it expired in 10 days. I gave back the coupon and wrote it was an insult to even give them out. Breakfast buffet was a different price each day with nothing different served. Had to ask for a coffee pot that worked and then didn't received coffee to put in it. Desk clerk didn't know where the workout room was. I don't recommend this place to anyone. This hotel is on my 10 worst places list that I have stayed at.

Be careful!! This hotel will tack on hidden costs!! After staying at the hotel one night we were charged an extra $30 and was not informed of the extra charge until I veiwed my bank statement. The hotel would not refund the charge. I was a frequent guest at Holiday Inn but will no longer be sharing my business with this hotel chain! They have ruined my experience after 20 years of being a client!

Sneaky!

Be careful!! There are hidden fees at this hotel! We got an extra $30 charged tacked onto our stay and they hotel refused to refund it! This hotel has has put a bad taste in my mouth and I was a frequent user of Holiday. I will no longer be using this hotel chain!

Would definitely stay again

I stayed here in April 2007. Very nice. The staff was very accomodating. The rooms were very clean. Immaculate bathroom. Great amenities. The waterpark was small but very nice. I would recommend for anyone with children 13 and under (or so). Had 2 nice games rooms. Beautiful lobby. Great location.

WHAT I LIKED WAS HOW BIG AND CLEAN THE ROOM WAS IT WAS SO COMFY ME,FAMILY,AND FRIEND STAYED THERE FOR 2 NIGHTS IT WAS WORTH THE PRICE THE POOL WAS GREAT THIS IS THE MOST FUN I EVER HAD AT A HOTEL IN A WHILE IT FELT SO AT HOME THERE I JUST LOVED IT I AM THINKING ABOUT GOING BACK NEXT WEEKEND AGAIN ME AND MY FAMILY FOUND THIS HOTEL ONLINE NOT THINKING IT WAS GONNA BE TO GOOD BUT AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN YOU FEEL RIGHT AT HOME SO CLEAN EVEN THE SMELL I LOVED IT I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE WHO IS TRAVELING TO MADISON,WI GOES HERE TO STAY GREAT PRICES AND GREAT ROOMS AND WATERPARK AREA FOR ALL AGE CHILDREN ENJOY I WILL BE BACK SOON AGAIN I KNOW THIS FOR SURE!!!!!
