Cocoa Beach Suites Hotel, Cocoa Beach

First off - while I was waiting to check in a woman who had checked in late the night before was at the front desk complaining about the foggy bathroom someone obviously just showered in and the filthy men's underwear on the floor; I know, why the hell didn't I walk out right then??? We were there for a total of three nights, on the first night we all had to sleep on a broken bed, the frame was actually duct taped together?!?! Oh and the sofa bed was completely nonfunctional so all of us were in a bed that was folding in the middle like a taco shell. But hey they did take $10 bucks off our bill, yeah that's right $10 bucks; wow right? We rented a room that was suppose to have two sleeping areas, one for the adults and one for the kids; makes sense don't it??? If we were going to be smashed in one bed we could have spent half as much money and at least been able to have a little space on a bed that wasn't trying to swallow us. By the second evening the bed was fixed, but the sofa bed was still nonfunctional, so while the bead was not caving in down the center it was still holding five people. Other than that the place has a lot of wear and tear. Housekeeping seems to do an excellent job but maintenance wise this place was ridiculous!!! The continental breakfast was super lame in fact we were told that it was left overs from the day before from Four Points a more expensive hotel owned by the same people. If one is willing to put up with a little BS to save money there are many other choices that will save them much more money. I would never stay at Quality Suites Cocoa Beach again; will maybe if they paid me.

We went there celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary (huah). The room was ok, the bed was HARD, A/C in Living Room leaked wetting the carpet (which no one came to fixed it) only gave us towels to put on the floor. I had to call the front desk twice to see when will housekeeping come clean our room (finally came after 3:30). Breakfast (JOKE) if you are looking for Bacon, eggs, toast (forget it) you will get pastry, cereal, coffee. Waffle house next door/IHOP across the street. Great view from 5th floor of Indian river. Close walk to beach. NO POOL!! I would never stay there again!!

the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the pool was great. the service was great. i would stay here again.

Nice and clean. 2 room suites are very roomy. There only draw back to this hotel is there is another really budget-type hotel next door that is not as nice as this one. THe staff at the Quality suites is very helpful.
