Ramada Limited, Lexington

Upon my arrival in Lexington Ky. I was looking for a motel and seen Ramada. Well for some reason I thought that Ramada was a well known and respectable hotel. To our arrival, we purchased a room, they said that the pool, spa and breakfast were all included in the price. We went up to our room... unpacked.. and then checked the room out. There was puke underneath the blanket on the bedskirt. The comforter or bed covers were torn, as well as stained or just not cleaned. No bags in the waste cans at all. Dust and cobwebs coming from the lambshades to the ceilings, and last but not least we had our room changed to another room... and the new room looked better.. and cleaner. But when i laid down.. i looked at the ceiling and noticed about 15 spitwads on it. The hallway smelled of a stinch. we werent able to swim cause the pool was soo small the pics on here make it look so good. but there was a toddler in it with a float and just didnt seem like enough room to walk around him. The spa was out of order so that was a no go. and the next morning upon checking out... there was a maintenance man working on one of the breakfast machines.. so .. tech that was out as well. I wouldnt recommend staying at this ramada. I would love to try it again, perhaps at another location.

the staff was very friendly enjoyed the pool and hot tub i traveled with dogs and was placed near an exit to the back which was very convenient will be going back

I stayed at this property before and it was in bad condition, well i recently stayed and i must say, they have done some major improvments! the staff was friendly the rooms were clean and the service was great!
