worst hotel experience I've ever had

Rudest desk clerk I've seen. He told me my confirmation sheet was just an email that he did not have to honor. He called a Best Western rep and gave the phone to me. The rep said Best Western is not governed by Yahoo travel and that anyone can make a web page and put someone else's logo and address on it. At one point, the clerk told me I was not to speak and that if I had a comment I was not to make it. He said we could go somewhere else for the night but he would still charge us the rate he was giving us ($25/night more than my confirmation) There is SOOOO much more but I don't want to take up too much space. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau with a more detailed description of my experience. Another note-the coffee pot had not been cleaned from the previous guests and still had the old grounds in it.
