Hampton Louisville Northeast KY, Louisville

I would highly recommend staying here. Although there was some remodelling being done on the main floor, we heard no noise at all. and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff is AMAZING. There is a small pond with ducks and two geese. One duck was hurt, I am an animal lover, the lady at the front desk brought out the first aid kit and ended up calling her own vet to make sure the right thing was done for the duck! After we left we realized my 19 yo daughter had forgotten her purse in the room. We called and housekeeping was so honest, they turned it in!! It was shipped to our home!

While recently working in the Louisville area ; Myself and two co-workers stayed at this Hampton Inn location ... There are so many good things to say i could go on all day . The staff welcomed us everytime we walked in the door . They served a wonderful breakfast during our two week stay .. The cleanliness was outstanding . We have stayed at a few other top name motels in Louisville the past year , the Hampton off I-265 East by far is the best .. Recently my husband and I drove to Louisville, KY for the fourth of July celebration and found we needed to stay overnight. We decided to give the Hampton Inn Downtown a try. We entered into a lobby that was very clean, well appointed and welcoming. The desk clerk was able to provide directions to our destination (surprise-it was only a short walk away.) The room was very spacious and clean! The bedding was awesome! The pillows were totally fabulous and the sheets divine! It was one of the most restful nights of sleep I've had while traveling. Considering the location of the suite (across from the elevators) the noise from other patrons did not disturb us once we were inside the suite. Both my husband and I enjoyed time in the whirlpool tub. Although the suite we were assigned had a couple of minor issues: the closet door knob was missing, only two clothes hangers were in the closet and the shower stall had no soap dish or shelf, forcing us to place our toiletries on the floor. I would not hestitate to stay at a Hampton Inn. My ultimate recommendation is to give the Hampton Inn a stay, you will not be sorry you did!
