Jerome Grand Hotel, Jerome

I stayed at the Jerome Grand Hotel last spring, April 22. I simply had a great time up at the hotel. Upon arriving as i was getting checked in, the clerk working the front desk got me set up with an awesome room. The room had a killer view with access to a balcony, it was like standing on top of jerome. I was staying by myself, trying to learn all i could about the infamous ghosts that lerk within the town. I ended up going on the hotel's Ghost Hunter Tour, Which was very interesting. I learned about how the hotel was one of the old hospitals in jerome, During the gold rush era. It was the last hospital built in jerome, and was Dubbed as " One of the most modernize hospitals in the western states." During the night, I kept hearing something that sounded like wheels turning coming from the hallway. When i checked out the next morning, the clerk at the desk said that the noise i heard could possibly be the sound of an old nurses cart Replaying itself through the building. "An indirect type of E.V.P." The stay overall was a lil bit spooky but fun. I would deffinately stay again and I'm telling Everybody about the hotel. The Tour that the hotel provided was the best! a lil short, but had tons of unique facts. The restaraunt in the hotel (The Asylum)was INCREDABLE! Great menu, Extensize wine list, And the best service i've ever gotten in jerome. If i was in the town of jerome and wasn't staying i would still stop into the hotel just to eat at the restaraunt again.

What a place. We had so much fun. The hotel is like stepping back in time. If historic places or just a one of a kind experience is what u like then Jerome Grand Hotel is the place. The ghost tour we went on was excellent. The tour guide was very knowledgable and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend the balcony rooms which gave us breath taking veiws of Jerome. I loved the Location one mile high and the people were so nice and the restrant was the best place i have eaten in years if any body wants to relax this is the place to do it

We've been there twice and it just keeps getting better all the time. This is a one of a kind hotel and we hear they are starting a ghost hunt night in September. We are going back for that as soon as we can and recommend the hotel to everyone.

Very friendly service,with a truly great although expensive restaurant inside. This place used to be the old hospital in town. Makes for a great ghost story in this old mining ghost town. Quaint nostalgic rooms with primarily authentic tiles and wall coverings/fixtures. (reminded me of being in North Carolina for some reason) Wonderful views of the whole town and clear to Sedona. Great fun at Halloween as the staff really goes all out with the decor INSIDE AND OUT. Simply awesome. I love it. There is so much to experience in that little town.....amazing and fun !!!!! They even have an annual ghost walk in October. Rumor has it that it is haunted and you definately sense that, but nothing bad just a little creepy enough for fun.
