The price is too much for the room

We stayed at your Hotel on Saturday, Jan 22 2011 for one night in Room 427. It was last minute decision and wanted something different. I booked Spa King and your Front desk stuff offered an upgrade to Jr. President Suit for higher floor with fire place which was on 4th floor for the price of $10. 1) The fridge didn’t work 2) Heater didn’t work properly (meaning heater work but you must change that filler, it was like something burning inside) 3) The Curtin wouldn’t stay close. Bright light was shining on bed from the parking lot. I used to work for Travelodge Toronto North and I’m still on payroll, I could’ve gotten employee rate there but wanted something special. Unfortunately the Travelodge Hotel across you is much better then so called ‘President Suit’ it was waste of trip for that price the room is not worth at all, ($139.99+$20) Everything under $100 is considerable

Loved our stay

The 2 night package was a good value and the staff really made us feel welcome Especially liked the breakfast and shuttle pass. Dinner voucher at Fridays food was just average and over priced. Large room that was spot less, with 2 Q sized comfortable beds. Nice pool area. Keg Steakhouse restaurant prices are high but the food and service was outstanding, parking fee of $10.00 was cheaper than other areas. Would definitely stay there again, Marriott is now # 1 in my book.

It was an awesome place to stay. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was beautiful, and safe. We were upgraded upon arrival. Everything was first class. Price was so incredible for the value. Would love to stay again. Soon...

This hotel was in walking distance to Clifton Hills, Imax theater, and if you like to the falls. Hotel staff was great, wouldn't recommend getting the package at the hotel for the rides to the falls. Saw cheaper package at restaurant across from the falls. Room was nice and big, and everything we ask for the staff brought it in a jiffy. Would recommend.

very nice hotel

This hotel is great the restaurants are good. The service is good too! But the hotel is in the dumpy part of niagara falls. and all the hockey teams stay down there, other then that it is a very nice hotel! And I would stay there again! We stayed in a great room! if you dont mind walking for 10 mins to the falls this place is great!

the courtyard by marriott niagarafalls is the best holtel hands down i'v ever stayed at, and i go to niagarafalls at least twice a year and been doing this for the past 10 years,and every time it just gets better. Always frendly staff,clean rooms,and the keg has awsome service and great food. There was only one thing i disliked this time visiting niagarafalls was going to try to park at the falls and take a walk across the street to go to the new ride/show of the niagarafalls furry and they wanted to charge us $20.00 can. Or $17.00 to just park and also come to find out that the furry ride costs $15.00 can.that would coust almost $50.00 for two people which is way to much almost $100.00 for a family of 4 to due this. I know the holtel can do nothing about this but please hold the holtels to this bad exsperance i just wanted to pass this along if you went on to try this event.

Liked the 2 night package.

We enjoyed our 2 night package. It was a good value. Especially liked the breakfast and shuttle pass. Used the dinner voucher at Fridays which was just average. Very clean and large room with comfortable bed. Management called to make sure everything was to our satisfaction after we checked in. Nice pool area. Best thing we liked was that there weren't many people there as we went in mid January. Had the pool/whirlpool to ourselves. Never waited for elevator. Could see the American Falls through the trees from our room. Restaurant prices are high with a high tax. Didn't like the $10 parking fee but was less than the falls view motels. Would definitely stay there again.

courtyard marriott was awesome, I booked three rooms for my family and cousins. We payed for double queen bedded rooms, but when we got to the hotel they said the people that were supposed to leave. DIDNT! being dissapointed the marriott offered us FREE BUFFET BREAKFAST for our two nights of stay. THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. we ended up getting single beds put in the rooms, so it all worked out. and did I mention the buffet breakfast was delicious.and niagara falls is only a walking distance. Diffently will choose this hotel on my next family vacation to CANADA.!

Great Value

I would recommend this hotel for families. It is located within walking distance to many Niagra attractions, We booked the family suite, great. Nothing fancy but very clean. The pool area was very clean. The employees were super, especially the Hotel Manager, Chris. Very accomodating. The maintenance staff were attentive and did a great job. Only one main problem, no room service! (Couldnt get over this one) Room service is so necessary, the Marriott Courtyard should reconsider adding it back to its list of services.

2nd visit-would stay again

This was our 2nd trip to this hotel with our 2 kids. We booked a 2 day package last year which included shuttle and breakfast. We were very happy with the hotel so we booked again this year. During our trip last year, the shuttle stopped at several locations throughout the area, including right at the Falls. They have changed their shuttle service and it is not as accessible. It only stopped at both Marriotts and the casinos. We called the hotel directly as their number is on the shuttle pass they give you. The front desk staff did not know the specific location of the shuttle drop offs. After circling the old casino area with two young children, while looking for the shuttle drop off, we eventually gave up and walked up Clifton Hill to the hotel. It is nice that the Dino Ride and Screamers are included in the Kids Love Niagara package. However, I wonder about the age of the kids this is geared toward. Both of these attractions are not appropriate for young children so they were no good for us. We really liked having the breakfast buffet option and a restaurant in the hotel. The kids could get anything they wanted and they will give you containers to take some buffet items back to your room. One bad thing about the comfortable beds-the sheets are too small for the king size beds and came off the corners both nights. The pool is great. Staff are friendly. The kids liked the magic shows.
