Would definitely stay here again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/31/09
We stayed here for a quick trip to see family and would definitely stay here again. It was quiet, clean and conviently located. The continental breakfast was a welcome surprise...we thought we might have to go in search of breakfast outside of the hotel. It saved us time and money.

Going down hill!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/30/07
We've stayed at this property a few times over the past 3 years. While it was fantastic the first couple of times, this last time seemed to have changed...along with the ownership. I would have given it 5 stars before where I only gave it 3 now. It was not as clean, sharp and nice. We had trouble checking in (we had a reservation), they couldn't even find us room key, get us our roll away, etc. The room wasn't as tidy as before. The towels were old, thin, frayed. Pool wasn't clear, and pool towels were hard to get. The breakfast was slim and cheap as compared to before. I'm told the property is now Indian owned and when asked about new ownership, the staff replied, "Ohhhh, yesss!" in a negative tone! But, there is not much else offered in the area...so you may have to take your chances!

Guesthouse Inn & Suites right on the river
By cathy g, 04/01/04
Lovely little place with pool, breakfast room, nicely appointed rooms with view over the river and the lovely Wishkah River trail that goes from the hotel down the waterfront (past Walmart) to the Log Cabin mini-convention center built by the Rotary Club.
The Guesthouse is walking distance to downtown where there are several good Asian restaraunts on Wishkah street. Nice place to stay for business or as we did, for reunion (we're originally from Aberdeen)
