Rough Creek Lodge, Glen Rose

Based on their website, one would expect Rough Creek Lodge to be a world class resort. My experience was anything but world class. The room was not clean. The windows looking out to the lake were filthy. The customer service was shocking and the staff was very unprofessional. We had numerous issues with the billing. I tried to contact the manager a few times to tell him about my stay there and he never bothered following up. The location of the resort is good if you enjoy the Texas Hill Country (which I do). The only saving grace was the food. For the price I was expecting a much higher level of service.
