Good Room, Needs Better Hotel Management

The best thing about my stay was the King Suite, it was roomy(3 sleeping areas) & comfortable,except the shower head was skimpy with water. It also had free wireless internet. My dislikes was the constant complaining about work conditions by the staff even when the hotel guests were around, talking on the front desk phone about personal business, & knocking on the door during the day(must use your Do Not Disturb sign). Also, there is no swimming pool.Free continental breakfast was average.Room rates about midrange to other hotels in the area.
