Cons: 1. the workmanship in the rooms was a little shoddy (messy silicone caulking and grout lines). 2. rooms were not disgusting or smelly but not particularly clean either (hair in tub drain before we ever used it, dusty pipes under sink that a little baby loved to grab), socks turned dark from the carpet. 3. no free breakfast 4. 2 miles from disney, so too far to walk. add 30-45 minutes for driving and going through the parking hoops and trolley at disney (parking lots at disney open 1 hour before park). 5. Very slow and unreliable (although free) internet Pros: 1. Free parking, although that seems standard around there. 2. Close (driving) to Gardenwalk, a nice collection of stores and restaurants Bottom line- not an awful experience, we went and had 4 rooms (2 in building A and 2 in B) and had a great time in town. The hotel is decent enough - probably about 2 or 2.5 stars. But we wouldn't go back.

If you plan to stay here think again! Please! You can get a better hotel for less in the long run. It isn't close to Disneyland and they don't offer a free shuttle which is $4 per person per day and they don't even have a free continental breakfast! They will give you 10% off at Denny's. If you add in breakfast for 4 plus the cost of the shuttle, plus the cost of the room you can stay many other places better than this. There is a fricken train that goes by all day and night. If your room faces the parking lot it will keep you awake. And if you are using reward points to stay here, forget about upgrading even if they have rooms available!!!! And unless you have little kids using the sofa bed's, don't even think about putting more than 2 people in a studio or even a 1 bedroom. Too small. You can't have 4 adults sharing one bathroom. And if you forget something don't count on them to have it in their little "store" because they won't have it and the closest place it the AM/PM shop that, if they have it, will charge you and arm and a leg for it.... and that's just IF they have it. Oh, and people can bring in dogs so if you are allergic to pets, you are outta luck. Oh, if you hate smoking, the one and only smoking section is where the shuttle picks up. I HATED THIS PLACE..... WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK AND THE SAD THING IS THE STAFF COULD CARE LESS....

Our 9- and 6-year-old children were able to access pay-per-view porn movies while we were in the room. The hotel manager told us that we should have been supervising our children. We were in the room with our children while they switched from cartoons and were able to order several hard core porn movies. After realizing it, we noticed a small plastic sign on the television that instructed how to "opt out" of accessing these movies. We were hit with a large "movie" charge as well as two traumatized children.

This is a really nice hotel, and would have gotten 5 stars from me if it weren't for the train that runs directly behind it. We got a great two bedroom suite for an amazing price, it was perfect for a family with young kids. (We like to have a separate room for the kids, so we can stay up past 8:00.) It has a great kitchen with a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave and granite countertops. There was a beautiful flat screen TV in the living room, although they didn't spring for HD programing, so the picture was awful. We were really really loving this place, until 6:00 this morning (a Monday the last morning of a 3 night stay) when both kids were woken up before 6:00 by the Metrolink commuter train that runs directly behind the hotel. The hotel appears to be roughly midway on the line since one train goes by in one direction, followed by another in other direction about 3 minutes later. I would stay at the hotel again, but I would a lot more careful to request a room as far from the trains as possible.

We stayed here to keep from staying in LA. It's handy if you want to go to Disney and all the parks. Rooms are good size and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is located VERY near a set of train tracks and trains run through there until fairly late at night. Front desk has ear plugs in a basket on the front desk for anyone that wants them. Beds were not the best, not the worst. Kitchen was stocked for your cooking needs. No restaurant in hotel, but Denny's is right next door and not terrible. Would think about it before staying here again just because of the train.

It was clean and felt like being at home. We felt very comfortable and will return again. The rooms were pretty large and we loved staying in this motel.

I've stayed here twice. Both times because someone else chose it. The beds are so uncomfortable, I wake up sore, when I'm able to sleep at all. I don't need much from a hotel. I need it to be clean. I need a shower. I need a bed I can sleep in. This only has two of three. And even then, it's not that clean. The rooms have a dingy feel. I will not return.
