Victoria Inn, Murphys

No parking for the hotel only. Didn't appricate the garbage truck coming by at 3am on saturday morning. We stayed in the anniv. room the bed was so high I had trouble getting in. They needed to have a step. No phone no TV no pen or paper. Yet they had a sign that said to call ### number for guest services. What about the people that don't have cell phones. How do they call? Although dinner was good it took 1 1/2 hours to get it. The bartender made great drinks. The chef was arrogant and insulting and he's also the owner. Breakfast was always late. With 19 winneries in the Murphy area they don't even give you a compliment bottle of wine when you are celebrating your Anniv. or anything nice in your room to show it's a special weekend for you. The town of Murphy's is GREAT!
