Lord Stanley Suites on the Park, Vancouver

Visited in late August early September...weather was gorgeous!!! Front Desk: Quick, pleasant, professional, informative and courteous. Room: 1 Bdrm. Facing the park. Bedroom & sitting area were much TOO small--space needs to be reconfigured. Would have preferred a queen or king size bed vs. the full bed but our reservations were such. This was made up by the spectacular view of the park and the mountains beyond; all of the amenities; cleanliness and overall quiet cozy feel. Really enjoyed the enclosed sun room--made for a great reading room. Service: Continental Breakfast needed more variety, otherwise, pretty good. Location was the absolute best. Walking distance to bike rentals, Lord Stanley Park, groceries, pharmacy, great restaurants and Robson /Denmann Streets and so much more. If you don't require Room Service and if the above sounds appealing. This is the best for a first time visit to Vancouver. It doesn't get any better!
