Not bad for Paris
Our room was on the top floor. The room was very narrow and long. We were able to open our bags freely, meaning there was no space constraint. We did have a sloped ceiling so we had to watch our heads when we walked in one half of the room. On the sloped part of the ceiling, there were windows looking out, and we were able to see the Sacre-Coeur Basilic of Montmarte. I think our room was the only one with a good view. The neighboorhood was quiet. It was maybe a block and a half from a Metro station. It was about half a mile to their red light district (Pigalle) which is in the vicinity of the Moulin Rouge.
Clean bathroom, small kitchenette, a table that seats two, a comfortable chair, a queen sized bed and a small closet make up the room. I found it weird that we had to return our key to the front desk every time we walked out of the hotel. That was their only copy of the key, so the maid service was able to access your rooms when your key was turned in. I was disappointed with their breakfast, considering they had charged us 10 euros (about 15-17 dollars) each for a baguette a small chunk of cheese, coffee and juice.
Front desk members were friendly. They didn't have any qualms about speaking to us in English.
Overall, a good stay.
