Providence Inn, Logan

I agree with most of the people here...rooms very outdated, overpriced,and smelly. Very unprofessional staff. Seems like no one cares to work there since its going out of business. That is sad. This place is a historic building and the owners have not taken care of it very well. The carpet in a few places needs to be stretched out, I almost tripped a few times, that is very dangerous.

Not impressed at all. Paid too much for a very dated, dirty room, and uncomfortable bed. Inn manger told us that the Inn is going out of business so that is why there is no money to update the rooms. The photo's online fool you, the room are not this nice. I can pay less for a better room a few miles down the street. I will say the breakfast was pretty good, and the staff was very accommodating on what I wanted to eat. Location is in a nice quite place.

This is a historic place, I love the history that comes with the church, it's also connected to a bed and breakfast. My husband and I were not impressed with the quality of the rooms for the high price. We took a tour of all but 2 rooms and decided to stay in the New Orleans. All of the rooms are outdated, the carpet was dirty, old tube tvs and we could never regulate the tempture in our room. The doors are thin and everytimes someone is in the hall you can hear everything. The bed was very uncomfortable, I could feel the springs, if I am going to pay that much I would like a comfortable bed and a decent tv. The staff was friendly but not professional. My husband and I were deciding on a movie to watch in our room and two older ladies that were working we're gossiping about another employee, that is not professional. The breakfast was wonderful and made to order, there was many choices to pick from, and it was yummy. But next time we won't. Be staying there, for that price there are better hotels in the area.

Beautiful, clean comfortable room. We stayed in the Cape Cod room and everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great dinner at the Iron Gate Restaurant in Providence. The breakfast was delivered hot to our room and was yummy. This is a wonderful relaxing inn and the grounds are pretty and peaceful. We will visit again.
