A wonderful place for a business traveler

I had to stay in this hotel for 2 weeks and have to say what a pleasure it was. The staff was very friendly and spoke everytime I walked by. They have free washer/dryer which came in very handy for a long stay. I agree with the previous review that said how clean the property was!! I would not hesitate to stay here again. A downside for some, but a plus for me was maid service (only once a week, on the day you chose) I loved it as it felt more like home to me. :)

We just got back from Hoffman Estates and I'd have to say that this was the cleanest hotel I've stayed in to date. The staff was friendly and helpful, the Wednesday free BBQ (in our case it was pizza and hot catered food because it was pouring rain)was an asset, and the free laundry just added to the overall value of this place. It's in a quiet suburb, but believe me, the hotel parking lot was filled every night. It's a short ride to O'Hare and not a bad haul to Chicago. Overall, it was a great experience!
 
 
 
 
 
I'd stay again....

The hotel was pretty good. The gentleman on duty when we checked in and out was extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn't like was the bed....it was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Other than that it was great!!!

Great price Great place!

Staff is very freindly. One thing that stands above the rest is the free laundry facilities. This is one added value that I was simply impressed with.The complimentary BBQ on Wednesday evening sure hits the spot as well.

Staff likes to smoke

I have been waiting for over an hour for fresh towels. I took the old ones downstairs, when I was rold they would be ready in 15 min. It has been more than an hour, and I have made 3 trips down to find the staff is busy smoking and complaining about their jobs. Which at this point, they do not deserve. I have even called, and I am still waiting. This is ridiculous! THis place is almost as bad as the rest of the Holiday Inn chain here. Next time, we are going to the Marriott.
