Great hotel, fantastic location, super nice staff!

What a great hotel, I was pleasantly surprised with how big and roomy my one bedrooom suite was. I had to stay at this hotel for over a week while on business and I am so glad that I chose this hotel. Free breakfast in the morning was such a nice bonus, great coffee, make your own waffles, eggs and sausage were delicious! Very happy with the free wireless internet also. Great location, beautiful exterior included a heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi, Sport Court and BBQ area with grills and nice tables! I can't say enough about the staff..friendly, accomodating...answered any and all questions I had. I highly recommend this hotel!

I will never go stay there again!

The staff was no help with any directions or service. The rooms were not clean, the mirrors had streaks all over them.All nite long there was loud noise of people running down the hall. I didn't get any sleep. The ads that are displayed online are false advertisement. The breakfast was horrible I would never recommend this hotel to anybody. I travel for a living basically stay hotel to hotel, this was the worst yet!!!!!!!!!! The hotel up the street has ten times better service.

Web site needs

We have not stayed at your facility, but are planning to shortly. We are planning this trip for two couples comming from two different states. It would be helpful if your website had a link so we could e-mail the beautiful picture on your homepage to the other couple traveling eith us. Chuck Gough

We plan on going back!

There are so many things that we (a family of five) liked about this hotel. This chain is one of the few that allows a family of five to stay in "one room". We rented a two room suite for a few days. The breakfast was good, the evening reception was also good. For a family of five we found this place to be very economical. I found the staff to be very helpful and they seemed as if they could not do enough for you. A mistake was made on our bill for the rollaway bed but was corrected the same day. I plan on visiting this place again and again and have told my friends and family how wonderful our stay was with them.

We found this place very comfortable. It had more space than we were expecting. We loved the location. It was just a few minutes from Canobie Lake. The pool was a bit cold. We were here in mid June 05.

Just like home

rooms are very comfortable, spacious, and I like how in the shower curtin has the feature of bowing outward.. Makes for more room in the shower

Worst Hotel staff

I have never seen a hotel staff behaving in such a horrible way with their guest. They serve breakfast till 9 and I reached for breakfast at 9. I agree that it was last minute and the breakfast staff was removing everyting from the table. I requested her to leave the bread and when I asked her if I can have butter or cheese with it she said " You have to say PLEASE for it". These were her exact words and she said it in such a rude manner. I was shocked. Will never stay in that hotel ever again.

Hate it!

Did not clean the room every day. No breakfast on Saturday/Sunday. Pullout did not work. Worst matress ever.
