terrible customer service!!!

I would never recommend this place to anyone, Tony the supposed manager is a complete train wreck when it comes to problem solving. The priority at this motel is not customer service obviously, because when the manager was presented with a problem, I guess the only way he knows how to react is to call the police. I guess he's used to drug dealers and prostitutes because when a real guest is standing there paying, he doesn't have a clue as to what is going on. For some unknown reason the lock was changed on our room on the third day, and since I was the one to get the room, they refused to assist or even offer to assist my husband in any way. This place is a sorry and pitiful excuse for a service oriented establishment.

Good place to stay!

When I visit St.Louis I will stay here again. Its not to far from everything and its very affordable! The only problem we ran into is the bedding didn't seem very clean. There were long pieces of hair on the sheets. We actually brought our own bedding things so it didn't affect us much.
