Not a good deal at all!

I came from out of town to Oakwood Suites for a contract and signed the required minimum 30 days. In a nutshell, I gave my 20 days notice, 10 days into my stay. Tiny apartments, unhelpful night time staff (although day ones were good), loud aerobics studio right over some apartments, full gym next to others - loud again, paper thin walls and floors, and a charge to move to a potentially quieter room. With the noise from people simply walking in the unit above me I was thankful to get out while I could.
It cost me thousands to stay there for 1 month and I would never recommend it to anyone. Seattle is booming and this is the kind of overpriced facility that becomes the norm.
I quickly found a private, furnished apartment rented to me by the month for vastly less money, top quality furniture, stocked, etc. - and it's quiet!
