Wonderful Experience

I'm not sure why there are negative reviews of this hotel. I've stayed here twice, once on business, then returned here for a wknd getaway with my wife since I found it to be a great value for the price. Staff were friendly, attentive, and courteous on both visits. The hotel itself looks like it had just been remodeled (comfy beds, room decor, granite countertops, & attention to detail & SUPER CLEAN). There is an atrium which hosts a manager's reception on certain weeknights. I like the local beers, and there is also wine and appetizers. I used the weight room and indoor pool during my stay, and it was more than I would expect from a holiday inn express. Breakfast items/choices were excessive, which I always enjoy when it's included/free :) High speed internet is free, and fast. I had full bars in my room, as well as in the lobby. I would definitely recommend this to a friend/family member, and return again..

The staff was terrible. Never heard of customer service. They tried to double charge me for the room. Had to call Yahoo and my credit card company to straighten it out.

OK, but not Great

High speed internet connection was not always working. King bed in room was too hard. Great breakfast in the morning for those who eat it. Wine served in the evening was free and so were the appetizers - nice for this priced hotel.
