Comfort Suites Fort Worth, Fort Worth

We stayed at this hotel this past weekend and it was nice. Clean room and clean pool area. The rates are a little high. There is no shuttle service either which would have been nice.

We reserved a room with a jacuzzi bath a month in advance. I called to confirm this reservation a few days before and they said everything was fine -- in fact, they seemed a little suprised that someone would call to confirm a reservation. But once we got into the room the bath was normal sized. When I inquired at the desk they said that all the rooms with the jacuzzi baths were taken. They said that the room they had put us in cost less. They made no effort to explain how this could have happened or to make amends for such an oversight. Considering that the only reason we had chosen this place was for the over-sized bath (and not for the $120/night rate for a basic room with lots of parking lot noise) we were VERY disappointed. However, we found the breakfast to be satisfactory and the put-put golf course across the street was a pleasant surprise. All in all, over-priced and not eager to please.
