Perfect
By Rockon1885, 12/23/08
Out of the 3 times I have stayed here, they have all been flawless. Service was great. The view, inside and out, was great. I could go on and on. I would most definately recommend it to anyone in the Dallas area.

Worst Service Ever!!!
By KimA, 07/01/08
My family checked-in and were treated with a friendly bell hop. He helped us to our room on the 3rd floor. The second we opened the door the EXTREME smell of smoke billowed out toward us. I immediately called the front desk and reminded them that our confirmed itinerary I was holding specifically said a non-smoking room. The lady at the front desk interrupted me rudely and said, "Yeah, I see that." She then proceeded to tell me that they only had 1 room available and it would be a 45 minute wait and were told to go down stairs. We then went to the front desk and the young man that was checking on a room for us was EXTREMLY RUDE. He acted like he did not want to be there and that we were a HUGE inconvenience. We explained that we had a confirmed reservation for 2 beds and he said they only had a king left. He ignored us and didn't offer any apologies but then asked how we wanted to pay. We told him we needed the room with the 2 beds we had originally confirmed and he said again, how do you want to pay? We have traveled extensively and this was by far the worst service we have EVER experience. We picked up our bags and went to the Marriott next door.

It was nice except for the pool water.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/20/08
We went to Grapevine for an overnight famiy getaway to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The hotel was beautiful and clean except for the pool water. That was the most important focus our kids had was swimming. The hot tub had ants in the water and ants were crawling around the floor in the pool area. My daughter's hair was so messed up by the saltwater that I'm still trying to wash it out. Other than that, it was a nice hotel and had an excellent breakfast, exercise room and spacious suites for a family. Also it was close to a lot of enterainment.

A fantastic stay!
By Sandra B, 11/12/07
We recently stayed overnight for my daughters 8 year old slumber party - 4 girls and two adults - it was PERFECT!! Our room was nice and spacious, the beds were very confortable and we had everything we needed. When we checked in the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the saltwater pool and in the morning we were greated with a wonderful breakfast. This was not our first trip to this hotel. Since it is only 45 minutes away from our home we often stay for overnight get aways. The kids love the pool, we love the comfort and the whole family is happy. I would recommend it.

We stay at this hotel often for weekend getaways because of the excellent location. The hotel is clean and the kids love the indoor pool. The rooms are a great size for families.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/07/07
I reserved 3 rooms for my staff and I to stay here during a conference. The lady taking my reservation entered my reservation for the previous month. When I called to confirm my reservation I was told that I had not shown up for my reservation the previous month that I no longer had reservations. I was charged for the reservation that I "did not show" for and they refused to take responsibility for the error. I stayed at another hotel but I did eat lunch here during the conference. The food was terrible and other people at the conference were complaining about the service they had received. Visit the Bass Pro Shop but stay away from this hotel.

Family Memorial
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/23/07
We had a large group of relatives to come for a memorial. The staff was great. Everything went off without any problems. The hotel sent shuttles for everyone at the airport and also took them back. Shuttles to the mall was great as well. And everyone loved the free happy hour and the breakfast. I was very happy and so was our family.

This a GREAT place to stay away from Home.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/30/06
I liked everything about the accomodations. The staff was wonderful. I like the shopping near by. Big Buck resturant food was out of sight. The hotel was very clean and smelled good.
