Met my expectations
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/12/09
I travel on average about once a month for overnights and twice yearly I take week long trips for business. I always try and stay at the Hampton Inn. I have never come across one I that I did not like. The rooms are clean, and comfortable and the pricing is moderate. In my experience you get more than your money's worth at this hotel. And this particular one, (Niagara Fall's) is no different. Wonderful hotel.

Haunted Room
By Andre V, 03/17/08
Great hotel, location was central for what we needed, Staff was very helpful, and nice. We originally booked a regular room then upgraded to a spa suite. The room was clean but kind of dated, not bad enough to make us never want to stay here again or anything. The first night we stayed here my wife heard and felt someone walking in our room and sit on the bed next to her, later the same night we both heard someone walking around in our room, that happened everynight of the 5 nights we stayed here, the last night we both felt someone sitting at the edge of our bed, the bed was pushed down between our feet. We jumped out of the bed turned on the lights and the TV for light and noise. We think our room was haunted, not bad enough to make us leave but we wouldn't stay in that room again.

Only if you like the smell of stale smoke
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/31/06
As I write this, I am on a bootlegged wireless internet connection from a Holiday Inn that must be nearby because after an hour and a half with the front desk and the tech support people and replacing the ethernet cable, they still can't get the internet working in this room. We are on our second room. The first was on the second floor. The second and third floors are both half smoking and half non-smoking, but the hallways are ALL smoking. Absolutely disgusting odor in the hallway. We were moved to the fifth (all non-smoking) floor, but after the move, our room key no longer opened the front door (which is locked after 6 pm--not sure if there is a crime issue in the area or what) so we've had a hassle coming and going from the hotel. The TV is also making a weird humming noise that is moderately annoying. The decor of the hotel is shabby, the towels are scratchy and stiff and no, you cannot see the falls from here. EXTREMELY disappointing Hilton property. Spend your money elsewhere.

We enjoyed our stay!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/24/06
It is difficult to pick out a hotel without seeing it, but I managed to get the right one. The reviews really helped me with this choice. The hotel room was spotless, the people who were at the front desk were exceptionally nice, and the breakfast the next morning was just what we needed. My children and I would definitely stay at the Hampton Inn in Niagra Falls again; in fact, it is the only place we will stay when on our way to Canada Thanks for keeping such a clean hotel! Sue H.

what a wonderful place to stay...
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/23/06
Amasing experience for all my family. We had 2 small children with us. I booked the room online and there was only smoking rooms available. I thought that we will arrive earlier and ask the frontdesk to switch our room to non-smoking, but very polite lady at the front desk said there was nothing available. I got very upset at first, but when we got into the room - We were surprised by the cleanliness, no smell at all and there was PS2 with the TV!!! Coffemaker in the room makes great coffee. We loved the place. We were more surprised by delicious breakfast in the lobby. The only thing is - you have to be able to walk down to the falls 15-20 minutes. Will be back again! Thanks for your great service.

Excellent Service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/18/06
This hotel was "Great" in all areas. We had a family trip to Niagara Falls 8/11 -- 8/14, 2006, which included 34 people and 13 rooms. The manager, Sarah Harrell assisted us from beginning to end with the planning of this family trip. Even though check in was not until 4:00 pm, all rooms were ready well before 4:00 pm. The front desk and housekeeping staff were always courteous and provided top-notch customer service. Everyone was very pleased with the accommodations. It was also within walking distance of the major attractions in Niagara Falls. I highly recommend this hotel.

Exceeded expectations
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/18/06
Check-in was quick, and the desk clerk was very polite and accomodating. The room was in excellent shape -- neat and clean. The furniture was very comfortable. The free breakfast included french toast and sausage patties, as well as the standard "Continental" fare, and the breakfast room included plenty of seating.

Excellent overall...
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/15/06
The Hampton Inn is a very affordable, extremely clean and friendly staffed hotel. We were very impressed with everything including their hot/cold breakfast where they offer much more than you expect. We will recommend this hotel, as well as research other Hampton Inns from now on while travelling due to this fabulous experience.
