Comfort Suites I-35 Hwy 152 Kansas City, Kansas City

While searching for an affordable, well-located hotel in or near Kansas City, I came across the Comfort Suites Kansas City/Liberty. Photos and reviews were indicators that this would be a good place to stay. My experience completely exceeded expectations! From location to a well-lighted parking lot to a very friendly and helpful desk staff, I was happy with my choice upon arrival. The hot breakfast (included) was a treat each morning. Free in-room wireless internet was another bonus! Can't say enough about the attitudes and helpfulness of the hospitality staff! A wonderful experience with no negatives to report. I recommend this hotel whole-heartedly!

We spent 4 nights at this hotel and will stay here again. It was new, clean and the staff was very courteous. The pool was clean and abundance of towels, Beds were comfortable and the temp in the room was perfect. We were traveling with 3 children and they had a great time, slept great and no problems with noise from other rooms. Overall, a Great Place to Stay, we found our new hotel while in Kansas City.

Room was dirty, desk, bedside tables, walls and refrigerator, looked like someone had a food fight, or never wiped in the years its been open. Howling noise from window or heat/cool unit, started in the middle of night, woke up thinking it was a tornado siren or we were being bombed and sirens were going off. It never did stop, was still howling when we left. When we asked for a discount because it was impossible to sleep, was told doubtful but manager would call, a week later and still no call. The bed was comfortable and service was friendly enough just not helpful.

Last month we booked into Comfort Inn, N. Church Rd, Kansas City, MO. for 2 weeks. We did not even stay for 1 week. This was a terrible experience. There were bed bugs! The pool and spa do not get cleaned during the weekend either! Go elsewhere. Gerry & Adriana VanBeek.

The room was not clean. It looked as if it had not been cleaned in a long time--just changed the sheets and a quick wipe down. The pool had so much chemical in it is was not even able to be used.

The staff was very friendly and was always helpful. Good breakfast and really just enjoyed the stay! Safe atmosphere and the place was always clean.

I have stayed here several times and was pleased on all occasions. They have a friendly staff, nice sized, clean rooms, and a reasonable breakfast bar.
