When I called the property to check in only 30 minutes early I was placed on hold for almost two minutes. When I asked why the wait I was told they had to check to see if 'my room' was ready. I also asked and was told that the hotel only had a 70% occupancy the night before. When I did get there and checked in I had to call for lotion and soap for my room. I stayed at this property because my kids and grand kids live near by - I won't stay there again.

Very clean, the manager had chocolate chip cookies made, checkin was fast, pool area was indoors and clean, plus they close the pool to kids from 10 pm - 11 pm! Restaurant in the hotel had good food, but wasn't open late, in case you got the munchies. Hotel offers free wireless internet downstairs in the Lobby only. Would have been better if the free wireless internet was in all of the hotel rooms, that way you could sit on the couch and surf the web while watching tv instead of at the desk in their uncomfortable chair. Definitely bring a longer ethernet cable for your computer! Hotel did not have a printer or a "business" section, had to go to Kinkos to print out airline tickets and boarding passes. Bed was comfortable, everything was clean, shower was hot. Would definitely stay here again, about 20 minutes from Seattle when traffic is light or you have enough for a carpool (2 people).
